You can see your current subscription and switch to a different one under Settings > Subscription:
To see your current subscription, click the Manage button. To switch to a different subscription, click the Downgrade / Upgrade button on the subscription you want.
To update the payment card your subscription is paid with, click Manage > Payment method > Add payment method.
