Corpay One is an app for the browser on your computer and for your smartphone, built on an ambition to make it easy, safe and worry-free for you and your coworkers to automate your company's accounts payable and manage company spending.
Once you have created a Corpay One account for your company, add one or more payment methods to the account to pay the company's invoices with. You can then start adding your company's documents to Corpay One - by smartphone, web or email - and Corpay One analyzes all the important information on them.
Once a document has been analyzed, it is coded automatically and, where relevant, paid with the payment method you selected, using the payment details printed on the document.
You can also invite coworkers to your shared company account and set up workflows that automatically require approval from one or more coworkers before a payment can be made.
You can also set up workflows that automatically perform a range of actions on documents in Corpay One, depending on what a document looks like and where it comes from.
You can also let your vendors send documents to you directly in Corpay One via your company's unique Send & Scan address.
You can also add receipts from employee reimbursements and other company purchases to Corpay One.
