All communication between you and Corpay One is encrypted, so nobody else can intercept your information. When you use Corpay One on the web, you can see a small padlock symbol to the left of the address bar in your browser (and/or "https" written in the address bar itself). This means that your connection to Corpay One is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is the industry standard for website encryption. It is the same technology used to protect your online banking when you use NemID.

Corpay One's servers are set up to secure all your data in multiple copies. If an error causes one server to stop, another server is ready to take over immediately without any loss of data. Corpay One also makes automatic backups several times a day.

You can choose to protect access to your Corpay One account with 2FA, thereby preventing unauthorized access to your account. In practice, this means that you must use a randomly generated code in addition to your password to log in to your account. The code is generated by an app on your smartphone, so that only you have access to it.

With Corpay One's Workflow, you decide how many coworkers on the company account must approve invoice payments before they are completed. This way, you can make sure that nothing can be paid without the necessary trusted coworkers approving it.
