When you take over a client from another Advisor

When you as an Advisor take over a client from another accounting firm, the client has to be transferred from their Advisor Hub to yours.

How the client is transferred

  1. Contact Corpay One: Reach out to your Advisor Manager at Corpay One, who can handle the transfer for you. Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly via the chat in the platform or by sending an email to supporteu@corpayone.com.

Note! Please let us know whether the client pays for its own subscription, or whether the client should be attached to your Advisor agreement, in which case we invoice you for the usage.

  2. Confirmation from the client: If it has not already been done, we will ask for a written confirmation from someone with management authority at the client. This person has to approve that the client's Corpay account is transferred to your partner agreement and your Advisor Hub.

  3. The transfer is completed: Once we have received the confirmation, we take care of the transfer. The client will then be available in your Advisor Hub.

Important information

  • Notifying the previous Advisor: We always contact the Advisor the client was previously attached to, in order to inform them about the transfer.

  • Access groups: When the client has been transferred to your Advisor Hub, no access group is assigned automatically. We recommend that you assign the relevant access group right away, so that the right staff get access to the client's account.

If you have any further questions, you are always welcome to contact us via the chat in the platform or at supporteu@corpayone.com.
