Verification of Your Account for International FX Payments

This article explains how to get verified to use our FX solution for international payments.

Where do I find the verification form?

The verification form can be found under Settings - Verifications.
Select the form called "FX Verification Form"

Can I save my entries along the way?

Yes, you can. Just be aware that any uploaded documents are not saved in the form and must be re-uploaded when you continue from a saved form.

You save an in-progress form by clicking "Save Draft", which you find in the bottom left corner of each step of the verification.

You can always continue the verification by selecting "FX Verification Form". An "Incomplete" status next to the form shows that you have a saved draft.

What information does the form require?

The form consists of 5 steps, each requiring information about the company itself, its directors and authorized signatories.

You will find the following steps in the form:

  1. Company information - such as CVR number (Danish company registration number), address, business name, etc.

  2. Business details - such as company type, currencies, volume, etc.

  3. Director details - such as the director’s name, title and occupation

  4. Ownership information - such as information about owners and authorized signatories. You also need to upload a copy of each owner’s ID and proof of address here. It’s a good idea to have this ready before you go through the verification.

  5. Final authorization - such as details of the person completing the form, plus acceptance of terms and conditions.

How long does verification approval take?

Once you have submitted a completed verification, approval takes approximately 1-3 business days. You can check the status of your request from the status shown next to the form.

Why do I need to be verified?

As a Corpay One customer handling payments, you must complete KYC verification (Know Your Customer) to make sure the company complies with EU anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Verification also helps protect you as a customer against fraud and ensures that the company only processes transactions for legitimate users.
