If you have trouble logging in to your Corpay One account, the first thing we recommend is that you reset your password. There can be several reasons why you can't log in to your account, but in most cases a password reset solves the problem.
To reset your password, first go to:
https://identity.corpayone.com/ForgotPassword
Here you enter the email address your Corpay One user is registered with, and click Send link.
A reset link is then sent to your email within a short time. It's important to remember to check your spam folder, as the reset link can end up there. When you have found the email with the reset link, just click the link and then enter a new password. Remember to choose a new password that you haven't used before, not even on other websites.
Remember to update your password in your browser and in any password managers you use.
Now you just need to log in to Corpay One from our normal login page.
If you get the message "you have been logged out" - follow the guide above, and then wait 15 minutes before you log in. It's important that you don't try to log in during those 15 minutes, as that will lock you out for another 15 minutes.
