If you have not yet set up 2FA on your user, follow this guide:
1. First, download Google Authenticator or another authenticator app to your smartphone:
Please note! 2FA requires you to download an app to your smartphone.
2. Add your Corpay One account to the authenticator app.
Once you have downloaded an authenticator app to your smartphone, click "+" in the authenticator app on your smartphone.
You can connect your authenticator app to Corpay One in two ways:
Use the app to take a picture of the QR code on your computer screen.
Manually enter the 32-character code from your computer screen (which is also your recovery code).
Important! You must save the 32-character code (your recovery code) and keep it somewhere safe. If you lose your phone or reset it, you need this 32-character code to get access to your Corpay One account again! You can also scan the QR code and save your recovery code.
3. Generate the first code with the authenticator app
Once you have scanned the QR code or entered the code manually, the authenticator app generates a random, six-digit one-time code that you need in order to get access to your Corpay One account. Enter the generated six-digit code in the text field and click "Enable 2FA".
Done!
From now on, you'll use your username and password plus the automatically generated six-digit code from your authenticator app to log in to Corpay One.
The 32-character code should only be used if you want to reset or reconfigure your 2FA setup.
