If you want to use Corpay One to handle your company's payments, you need to verify your company. This includes identity verification of coworkers who want to add payment methods to a company account.
Please note the following:
Personal ID verification (under My Profile > Verifications) is only required for coworkers who want to make payments and add payment methods in Corpay One. In other words, the Pay payment component must be turned on for the verification to be required.
Once personal ID verification is complete, the account owner/administrators can make payments totaling up to DKK 50,000 before the steps under Company verification (under Settings > Verifications) have to be completed.
Here's a walkthrough of the two types of verification.
Personal verification
Click your icon in the top right corner and select My Profile. Then click Verifications to go to the verification page:
1. Mobile
Click Verify to the right of Mobile. You'll be asked to enter your mobile number, and a verification code is then sent to your phone if you have a Danish phone number. Enter the code in the window that appears. Once you have done this, mobile verification is complete:
Please contact Corpay One Support via chat or at suppport@corpayone.com if you don't have a Danish registered phone number.
2. Email
Click Verify to the right of Email. An email is then sent to the email address you signed up to Corpay One with. This email contains a link that you need to click. Once you have, you'll be taken to a page confirming that this verification step is complete.
3. Identity verification
Click the arrow to the right of Identity verification to start the personal ID verification process.
Corpay One works with the verification experts at Onfido to offer you ultra-secure individual identity verification. To complete this step you need a digital copy of a physical ID (passport or driver's license) and access to your computer's webcam. The whole process takes no more than a few minutes.

Once all the steps described above are complete, your company account in Corpay One is fully verified, and you can then take advantage of all of Corpay One's payment features.
