How do I add documents?

A general overview of the ways you can add documents to your company account.

You can add documents to Corpay One in three ways:

1. Take a picture of a paper document with Corpay One for smartphone

Take a picture of an invoice, credit note or receipt with Corpay One for iOS and Android.

2. Receive digital documents at your company's Send & Scan address

Forward documents yourself, or let a vendor send documents as PDF, JPG or PNG files directly to your company's unique Send & Scan address, which is created automatically when you sign your company up for Corpay One.

  • Your company has two Send & Scan addresses: one for invoices and credit notes ending in @bills.corpayone.com and one for receipts ending in @receipts.corpayone.com.

3. Add the document to your account on the Corpay One website

Add a document as a PDF, JPG or PNG file through Corpay One's web app by clicking Add document in Bill Pay (the first page you see when you are logged in) and then choosing whether you want to add an invoice, a credit note or a receipt. You can then add a document either by selecting it from a folder on your computer or by dragging the file onto the page in your browser.

  • Note: For Corpay One to process your receipts correctly, you need to make sure that your company account is set up to support receipts. You can read more about that here.

4. Receive EAN invoices directly in Corpay One

With Corpay One's integration to Sproom you can easily receive EAN invoices directly in your Corpay One account. The only requirement is that you use Sproom for your EAN invoices.
