NB: To use Corpay One's integration for Dinero to post your invoices automatically in the journal in Dinero, you need a Pro subscription with Dinero (this applies whether you manage one or several companies in Dinero). Read more about the prices for this on Dinero's website.
What does Corpay One's integration for Dinero do?
Corpay One's integration for Dinero automatically synchronizes key data for your documents to the document overview in Dinero. The integration is developed on an ongoing basis to support synchronization of more data as Dinero's API is developed and makes this possible, but at the moment the following data is synchronized:
Invoices are created as credit purchases (without payment details, however) in the document overview.
Receipts are created as either credit purchases or cash purchases in the document overview (you choose this yourself in the integration setup).
Credit notes are created as credit notes in the document overview.
Entries in Dinero are updated when you change the data on the corresponding documents in Corpay One (the amount or the category, for example).
You can opt out of synchronizing invoices and receipts to Dinero by selecting the action Deselect synchronization of... in your company's Workflow, if you want to.
Please note!
The Dinero integration does not currently synchronize departments and projects.
Credit notes are not applied automatically in Dinero. That means you have to apply a credit note manually in Dinero yourself once you have applied it to an invoice in Corpay One and marked it as "processed".
Dinero only supports the use of categories from operating accounts. If accounts from the balance sheet are used, this will cause an integration error.
Dinero does not support entries in foreign currency. Entries will therefore always be in DKK. Dinero recommends that currency purchases are posted with the actual amount in DKK that was withdrawn from the bank account.

11. Click Finish to complete the integration setup. The integration is now set up and will automatically synchronize data between Corpay One and Dinero on an ongoing basis.
Important information about changing accounting system in Corpay One
Corpay One does not support changing accounting system on your own, as this will cause a number of data errors in the integration.
