How do I import my chart of accounts?
Your chart of accounts is automatically* imported from your accounting system when you set up the integration between Corpay One and your ERP system (you can set up the integration you want under Settings > Integrations).
You can see the imported chart of accounts under Settings > Lists > Categories, where you can also choose which categories/accounts can be selected on documents in Corpay One.
*In some integrations you must actively choose during the setup whether you want to import the chart of accounts. This is clearly described in the setup guide, though. We recommend that you only select this the first time you set up the integration, and not if you later return to the setup to update it, as this would otherwise overwrite your categorization in Corpay One.
How do I update my chart of accounts?
Your chart of accounts (your categories list) is automatically updated once an hour, so you don't have to do anything in Corpay One to update it. In practice, this means that when you delete, create or edit an account in your ERP system, this is reflected in your categories in Corpay One within one hour.

Changing a category name
If you want to give a category a special name in Corpay One, so that the coworkers in your company can find the right categories more easily, you can easily do this under Settings > Lists > Categories by clicking the small pencil icon next to the category you want (don't worry, the category's original name is still visible in the overview, and the name is only changed in Corpay One, not in your accounting or ERP system).
