How to import projects and cost numbers
To import your projects and cost numbers from e-conomic, just make sure the following box is checked in the setup of Corpay One's integration for e-conomic:
After this, of course, you must click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your selection.
You can access the integration setup by clicking Settings > Integrations in the side menu and then selecting e-conomic > Connect.
How to post with projects and cost numbers
When you have imported projects and cost numbers from e-conomic, two drop-down menus appear on your documents — one for projects and one for cost numbers:
The drop-down menus work in the same way as the category and department drop-down menus, so just select the project and cost number you want for a document here.
Note!
You can only import open projects and cost numbers from e-conomic.
Projects and cost types are automatically updated in Corpay One within an hour when they are changed in e-conomic.
