Sparekassen Danmark

A guide to setting up your Sparekassen Danmark account in Corpay One.

What do I need?

To connect your Sparekassen Danmark bank account to Corpay One, you first need to set up a Bank Connect – forhåndsgodkendt betalings-aftale (pre-approved payment agreement) with Sparekassen Danmark.

Contact your advisor at the bank to set up the agreement or to learn more.

As part of setting up the agreement, you will receive a Tilslutningsaftale (connection agreement) and an Udvekslingsaftale (exchange agreement) to sign.

Where do I find my codes?

The Udvekslingsaftale shows an Aftale nr. (agreement number).
You will also be sent an activation code (nøgleaktiveringskode) by postal mail - it can be sent by text message instead if you arrange that with the bank - and you need it to activate the bank account as a payment method in Corpay One.

How long does the process take?

Setting up a Bank Connect – forhåndsgodkendt betalings-aftale typically takes a couple of days.

How many bank accounts can I connect?

You can connect several bank accounts to Corpay One, but connecting more than one bank account requires a manual setup. Please contact Corpay One support at supporteu@corpayone.com or via the chat on our website to learn more.

How do I activate the bank account in Corpay One?

Once you have your agreement number and activation code, you can activate the bank account as a payment method in Corpay One under Settings > Payment method.

Click Add payment method and follow the instructions on screen. If the bank account has already been added, just click the Activate button.

Set up daily exports of payment files

It is important that you work together with your bank to make sure daily exports of CAMT.053 files are set up for the account.
If daily CAMT.053 exports are not set up, Corpay One cannot communicate with the bank and update the status of your documents automatically.

Note that the Camt.53 type is recommended for exchanging data with the bank, and if you need a different CAMT type, make sure to coordinate it with Corpay One Support.

Following on from the above, it is important that you turn off approval of payments in the bank. Otherwise Corpay One loses track of the payment and cannot confirm it and change its status automatically, unless it is approved on the same day Corpay One creates it in the bank.
