To connect your Arbejdernes Landsbank account to Corpay One, you first need to set up a Bank Connect agreement with the bank (also called an Erhvervs Connect agreement).

Contact your bank advisor to set up a Bank Connect agreement or to learn more.

When the Bank Connect agreement is set up, you receive a function ID (also called a “user number”) and an activation code from the bank. You need both to activate the bank account as a payment method in Corpay One.

You receive your user number together with your Bank Connect agreement in e-Boks.

You receive your activation code by text message on the phone number you gave the bank.

It typically takes Arbejdernes Landsbank 7-14 business days to set up a Bank Connect agreement.

You can connect several bank accounts to Corpay One, but connecting more than one bank account requires a manual setup. Please contact Corpay One support at support@corpayone.com or via the chat on our website to learn more.

Once you have your user number and your activation code, activate the bank account as a payment method in Corpay One under Settings > Payment method.

Click Add payment method and follow the instructions on the screen. If the bank account has already been added, just click the Activate button.

It is important that you make sure, together with your bank, that the account is set up for daily exports of CAMT.053 files.
If daily exports of CAMT.053 are not set up, Corpay One cannot communicate with the bank and automatically update the status of your documents.

​Note that we recommend using the Camt.53 type to exchange data with the bank. If you need a different CAMT type, make sure to coordinate this with Corpay One Support.

Following on from the above, it is important that you turn off payment approval in your bank. Otherwise Corpay One loses track of the payment and cannot confirm it and update the status automatically, unless the payment is approved on the same day that Corpay One creates it in the bank.
