When you add an invoice to Corpay One, Corpay One immediately starts analyzing it and reading all the information needed to pay it.
By default, the payment is made on the due date read from the invoice, so that your vendor receives the payment on time.
In other words, an invoice that is added on its due date will be paid as soon as possible once it has been fully approved. It will first get the status Initiated and then the status Paid, once Corpay One has received confirmation from your bank that the payment has been completed.
Note that payment of an invoice depends on what time of day it is added to Corpay One. An invoice's status shows how close it is to being paid. You can read more about document statuses in this article.
