Our new dashboard is designed specifically to give larger companies with many entities a detailed overview of their departments and to streamline their work through one shared dashboard, rather than having to go through each department individually.
With this information readily available, you can easily identify any issue that requires your attention and take the necessary actions to resolve it.
One of the key benefits of the dashboard is its flexibility, which ensures that you can tailor it to your specific needs. You can easily add or remove widgets, change the layout and adjust the information displayed.
In addition to being customizable, the dashboard is also incredibly user-friendly. It is designed to be easy to navigate, with intuitive controls and clear visuals. You can quickly access the information you need and take action without having to spend time figuring out how the dashboard works.
(Note: If you do not have access to the dashboard, you can contact our support at support@corpayone.com to have it enabled for your user)
Which modules can I have on my dashboard, and how do I use them?
Right now, you can add the following widgets to your dashboard:
Upcoming payments
Pending approval
Action required
Duplicates
Failing payments
Failing integrations
Once you have selected the modules you want to be visible, each module immediately shows data from the companies you are connected to.
In each module you can then click a row/company name to be taken to the company in question, where you are shown the information from the module and can act on it right away.
You can also resize and move the modules by dragging them or by clicking “Edit” [Coming in the next release] - your layout is saved automatically per user for the next time you log in to Corpay One.
Upcoming payments
The Upcoming payments module gives you a quick overview of which of your connected companies have payments coming up within the selected period. You can choose whether to see upcoming payments due within the next 7, 14, 30 or 60 days.
Only documents that are approved and awaiting payment, and where Auto-pay is turned on, are shown.
Upcoming features for this module will include switching from number of documents to amount, as well as a currency filter that shows you the companies matching the selected currency.
Pending approval
The Pending approval module lets you filter on your own pending documents or on other approvers’ pending documents.
This is a typical module for companies with large document volumes, as it helps you and your company catch documents that have been pending for a long time or that have been waiting for approval from a specific approver.
Action required
The Action required module gives you an overview of documents that need your attention. These options cover overdue documents that still require approval from you or your coworkers, as well as documents with no payment details.
Duplicates
The Duplicates module shows the number of duplicates and potential duplicates found across the companies you are connected to.
Failing payments
The Failing payments module gives you an overview of the invoices where the payment has failed for one reason or another, as well as documents that are paused because the bank has not confirmed them. More information about why a document is paused is shown on the individual document.
Failing integrations
The Failing integrations module gives you an overview of failing integrations on the individual documents.
