1. Click Reimbursements in the side menu:
2. Click Create New Expense Report:
3. Give the expense report a fitting name, and click Create Expense Report to continue:
Note: The currency of the expense report must always be DKK.
4. Click the camera icon to add a reimbursement, and take a picture of the receipt for it (or select a picture from your phone):
At a minimum, the receipt must show a clear vendor name, a total amount and the date of the purchase.
Here is a good example of a picture of a receipt that contains enough information:
5. The receipt is now analyzed in your expense report. The analysis time can vary, but the average processing time is under 10 minutes.
So you can safely close the app and do something else in the meantime. While the analysis is running, your expense report looks like this:
6. If you want, select a category and other details for the receipt, and click Done on the document.
7. When you want to be paid for the reimbursements in a report, click Submit report:
8. After you click Submit report, enter your account number and bank registration number. The system remembers these details for next time, but you should check that they are still correct on your next expense report.
Confirm the submission of the report by clicking Submit Expense Report.
Once the report has been submitted, you see this screen on your phone:
8. Click OK:
9. Once the report has been approved by the required coworkers, the payment is initiated the same day or on the next banking day:
