Corpay One integrates with Microsoft Business Dynamics 365 Central to give you a streamlined, digital way of handling your vendor invoices and other expenses. This guide walks you through the steps for setting up this integration through the Microsoft App Source Store.
Step 1: Access Microsoft App Source
Open your web browser and go to Microsoft AppSource here
Use the search bar at the top of the page and enter 'Corpay One'.
Click the Corpay One app in the search results.
Step 2: Install Corpay One
On the Corpay One app page, click the 'Get it now' button.
You will be prompted to sign in with your Microsoft account. Sign in with the account that has administrative access to your Dynamics 365 Business Central account.
After signing in, click the 'Continue' button to proceed with the installation.
Step 3: Configure Corpay One
Once Corpay One is installed in Business Central, open your Corpay One application.
On the "Integrations" tab, select "Configure" integration.
Follow the instructions in the pop-up window to complete the installation and setup of the integration.
Corpay One will then synchronize automatically with Dynamics 365 Business Central - this can take a few minutes.
Once the synchronization is complete, your Business Central and Corpay One are connected, and you can start handling your invoice management and payments through Corpay One.
